A body that doesn’t fit the standard figure is sometimes considered unsightly, and people have been forced to live a normal and neutral life just as they should hide their emotions and imperfect body shape. People have felt that they have to completely hide their bodies and emotions that are not up to the standard.

The work <New Normalization Series> poses a question to people in this society. It is designed so that people can freely express their body shape and feeling to others by moving the brass scroll. By revealing their body and feeling shape to others without hiding, they may escape from a society that imposes neutrality and generality.
